Meet the Pensoft team at the 3rd  World Biodiversity Forum!

12 June 2024

Between 16th and 21st June, delegates at the 3rd World Biodiversity Forum (WBF) in Davos, Switzerland, will be welcome to have a chat in person with the Pensoft’s team, who will be happy to talk about the latest scholarly publishing and project activities at the scientific publisher and technology provider, as well as the community effort towards translating science into action, which is the theme of this year’s Forum.

The scholarly publisher’s founder and CEO Prof. Lyubomir Penev will be on-site, while Science communications expert Alexandra Korcheva will be tending the Pensoft’s stand.

At the scholarly publisher’s booth, participants will be able to find more about the versatile open-access journal portfolio of Pensoft, as well as the end-to-end, full-featured scholarly publishing solution offered by the ARPHA platform.

The Pensoft stand will also turn into a communication platform for many EU projects aiming to bridge the gap between scientific effort in biodiversity conservation and sustainability and policy-making. Through its project team, Pensoft is an active and leading consortium partner in various Horizon-funded projects, such as REST-COAST, BioAgora, RESPIN, CO-OP4CBD, TRANSPATH, EuropaBON, SELINA, ANERIS and eLTER, where the company contributes with its decades-long experience in science communication, stakeholders engagement, data management, tech development and more.
