Surirella suiningensis, sp. nov., LM. ×400 A–C three valves showing narrow-ovate outline, slightly heteropolar valves, straight valve median line, downward deflecting head and foot poles, distinctive fibulae spanning 70–80% of half valve width except near each apex where a few fibulae meet at median line.
