Seeds of Coccinia. The lack of fibers in e and f are preparation artifacts due to mechanical removal of the hyaline aril. Maceration (coarse crushing of the fruit and soaking of the mass in water for 2–3 weeks; R. Brüggemann – pers. comm.) retains the surface fibers.
